These Terms govern your use of SophiesStickers.com and purchases from Sophie's Stickers (the "Shop"), operated by Affiliate Mechanic LLC, located in Burnet County, Texas, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Shop
Sophie's Stickers sells stickers and related products designed by our young CEO, Sophie, including handmade items, custom orders, and print-on-demand products made and shipped by trusted production partners.
2. Eligibility & orders
You must be of legal age in your location to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. You agree to give accurate contact, shipping, and payment details. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Shop for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Shop;
- copy, resell, or redistribute our designs without permission;
- submit custom-order content that is illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to use.
4. Custom orders & AI-assisted designs
Some designs are created with help from AI image tools and are always reviewed by people before they're sold. For custom orders, you're responsible for the words, photos, and ideas you send us and for having the right to use them. We may decline custom requests that violate these Terms. Handmade and custom items may vary slightly from previews.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, branding, and site content belong to Affiliate Mechanic LLC or its licensors. Buying a sticker gives you the right to use and enjoy it personally, not to reproduce the design. You keep the rights to anything you submit for a custom order and give us a limited license to use it only to make your order.
6. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
7. Shipping
We ship to the addresses you provide. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
8. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Shop and its products are provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Burnet County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with an updated date.
