We want every sticker to make you smile. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee.

How it works

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@affiliateprogrampro.com.
• Include your order details and a photo if something arrived damaged or wrong.
• We'll offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Custom & personalized items

Custom orders are made just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If a custom item arrives damaged or doesn't match what we agreed, we'll fix it or refund you.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, let us know and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Timing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and usually arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
